9/11 Ten Years

It has been a decade since America was attacked.  Ten years have passed by since the minds of millions were altered forever.  Three thousand, six hundred and sixty-seven days and nights, sunrises and sunsets, have gone by.  Over three hundred and fifteen million, nine hundred sixty-four thousand and eight hundred seconds have expired since the world watched a Boeing 757-222 crash into World Trade Center Tower 2, also known as the South Tower.  The events that took place in the forty-two minutes prior to United Flight 175 striking the South Tower and the sixty-four minutes after, are impossible to explain.












































First, I would like to remember the victims and their families of this terrible event.  Their pain cannot be measured and their lives will never be the same.  They are the ones I am fighting for.  The futureof this country is my plight


Let's start by looking at some interesting history on The World Trade Center(WTC) complex.  Construction on the WTC began in 1966 and concluded with the completion of WTC 7 in 1989.  WTC buildings 1 through 6 were owned and operated by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.  WTC 7 was developed by Larry Silverstein, owner of Silverstein Properties.  The stock market crash of 1987 is blamed for the lack of tenants in the WTC complex, however common sense shows there was simply too much supply for the demand.  The complex totaled about 13.4 million square feet of office space.  I suppose the thought process was, "if you build it, they will come".  Wouldn't that devestate the commercial property that these companies would leave behind?
The Twin Towers unique design brought operating costs to $60 million per year.  It was also known during the construction that materials containing asbestos were used and were still present on 9/11 even though there were some supposed "abatements".

As previously mentioned, the stock market crash in 1987 was blamed for low tenancy at the WTC and given the operating costs, it was seemingly losing money.  George Pataki was elected Governor of New York in 1994 and in his earlier tenure, instituted major spending cuts as well as started pushing to privatize the WTC.  On September 24, 1998, The Port Authority announces plans to seek a 99-year net lease of the complex.

On February 15, 2001, the Port Authority announced that Vornado Trust Realty had won the lease for the World Trade Center, paying $3.25 billion for the 99-year lease.  Vornado Realty outbid Larry Silverstein by $600 million though Silverstein upped his offer to $3.22 billion. However, Vornado insisted on last minute changes to the deal, including a shorter 39-year lease which the Port Authority considered nonnegotiable.  Vornado later withdrew and Silverstein's bid for the lease to the World Trade Center was accepted on April 26, 2001,  and closed on July 24, 2001.  This was the first time in the building's 31-year history that the complex had changed management.  The terms of the lease gave Silverstein, as leaseholder, the right and the obligation to rebuild the structures if destroyed.  Silverstein also insured the buildings. The insurance policies on these four buildings were underwritten by 24 insurance companies for a combined total of $3.55 billion per occurrence in property damage coverage and the ink wasn't even dry on September 11, 2001.  Silverstein would later sue 9 insurance companies, arguing that each Plane that crashed into the towers were separate acts and he should be paid twice.  After an appeals court sided with the insurance companies, yet allowed a jury trial, on December 6, 2004, a jury in Manhattan federal court agreed with Silverstein's argument that he should be compensated for the destruction of the two 110-story twin towers as two separate events.  The insurers are collectively responsible for a maximum of $1.1 billion insurance per occurrence meaning the insurers would be obligated to pay up to $2.2 billion to Silverstein.  In early 2005, Silverstein had received $4.6 billion in insurance settlements including $500 million from the collapse of WTC 7.  Silverstein would not stop there.  In 2004 he also sued airlines and airport security companies for $12.3 billion in damages.  In February of 2010, Manhattan federal district court judge Alvin Hellerstein approved a $1.2 billion settlement from American airlines, United Airlines, Globe Security and Huntleigh USA.  Silverstein appealed but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld the settlement.

Two days after 9-11, Engineering News-Record (ENR) reported that an asbestos abatement and demolition company called LVI had done extensive asbestos abatement work in the World Trade Center.  LVI has done several large demolition jobs with Controlled Demolition, Inc.(CDI) of Maryland.  CEO Burton T. Fried denied LVI had done this work, claiming a company called AASI had performed the job.  Coincidently, LVI has a branch office named ASI.  The Port Authority advertised the following bid in the fall of 2000:

Contract WTC-115.310 - The World Trade Center Removal and Disposal of Vinyl Asbestos Floor Tiles and Other Incidental Asbestos-Containing Building Materials Via Work Order Estimate Range: $1,000,000 annually Bids due Tuesday, October 17, 2000.

What was LVI really doing at the WTC? 

CDI - "A two thousand ton skyscraper collapses like a house of cards, crumbling in on itself  - a waterfall of well-fractured steel and concrete debris. It lasts only seconds, and buildings within a fewmeters stand untouched. The very essence of Controlled Demolition, Inc. is in our name: CONTROL."

"Turner Construction Company(TCC) negotiated with Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) to design the implosion of the Kingdome in a fashion which would mitigate the demolition’s impact on the community whilesupporting the fast- track construction of the replacement stadium for the Seattle Seahawks. CDI spent 4-½ months designing the demolition and working with TCC to generate implosion preparation and demolition specifications which TCC put out to competitive bid to a short-listed group of demolition contractors. Ultimately, a $9 million demolition contract was awarded to Aman Environmental Construction, Inc. (Aman)
of Oakland, California who acted as the Prime Demolition Contractor with CDI’s implosion contract with TCC being assigned to them." 


"Robert Fee, president and chief executive officer of Turner Construction Co., one of six firms making up the three New York City of Design and Construction-hired (DDC) cleanup teams, said the situation at the former site of the World Trade Center is being treated like a “crime scene.” “We are looking for survivors first,” Fee emphasized.

Prior to the disaster, Turner had an office in the World Trade Center that provided on-call work for the complex. It also was doing work at the New York Stock Exchange, One Liberty Plaza and 90 Church St. “All of our people are accounted for, including laborers and subcontractor crews,” he added.




By now I'm sure you know where I am going with this.  Here is a simple question:

Who is more capable of highjacking 4 commercial airliners over the course of 1 hour and 56 minutes without being intercepted or shot down, crashing 3 of those airplanes into prestigeous symbolistic buildings and the United States Military Defense Headquarters, and later leading to complete uniform and near freefall collapse of WTC 1 & 2....and WTC 7?

A) The Taliban and 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden, or was it Khalid Shaikh Mohammed the mastermind?

B) The United States government and military and those with billions of dollars of political influence

C) All of the above

This is a good question, but by process of elimination, we can eliminate choice A. 

Here are some more really good questions and points to consider:

1. The president of the United States, when informed by Andrew Card that a second plane had struck the World Trade Center, continued to read about a pet goat. 

2. This same president was moved from his high rise hotel in Genoa Italy two months previously for security reasons, because of a known al Qaeda plot for hijacking and "crashing an airliner into the Genoa summit of industrialized nations." The assumption in July 2001 was that there existed a plot that "terrorists would try to crash a plane to kill Bush and other leaders" (LA Times, 9-27- 01).

3. The Secret Service did not secure the president, which is their primary function and even though his location was publicly disclosed in the press for days before the school photo op on 9/11. This was a break in standard operating procedures that left the president vulnerable in the middle of a purported "attack" on America, unless they had absolute knowledge that the president was not a target.  The only way this could be true is they knew exactly what was and would take place that day.

4. NORAD has told three different and conflicting stories explaining why no jet fighters intercepted any of the four hijacked airliners.

8:40 a.m. Nasty and Duff are the code names of the two F-15 pilots from the 102nd Fighter Wing of the Otis Air National Guard Base in Falmouth, Massachusetts who would scramble after United Airlines Flight 175. Nasty says that at this time, a colleague tells him that a flight out of Boston has been hijacked, and to be on alert. They put on their flight gear and get ready.

8:46 a.m.: NORAD orders the 102nd Fighter Wing of the Otis Air National Guard Base in Falmouth, Massachusetts to scramble two of their F-15 fighters. This is from the 102nd Fighter Wing's mission statement of September 11, 2001. "Our aircraft and their crews are on continuous 24-hour, 365-day alert to guard our skies. The 102nd Fighter Wing's area of responsibility includes over 500,000 square miles, 90 million people, and the major industrial centers of Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C."NORAD, by their own account, held on to this most vital information of these two hijacking for at least 6 minutes before ordering Otis to scramble. NORAD may have held on to the vital information of American Airlines Flight 11 for perhaps 8 minutes, maybe 10 minutes (see 8:36 a.m. # 25 statement by NORAD spokesman, Major Mike Snyder), possibly up to 26 minutes (see 8:20 a.m. # 14 American Airlines Flight 11 transponder signal stopped transmitting its IFF beacon signal) and let us not forget that the last transmission of American Airlines Flight 11 with Boston air traffic control occurred at 8:13:31, so maybe NORAD had over 32 minutes before they notified Otis to scramble their two F-15’s. How could NORAD possibly hold on to the 8:40 information of the American Airlines Flight 11 hijacking, and not immediately scrambled Otis? How could NORAD possibly hold on to the 8:43 information of the
United Airlines Flight 175 hijacking, and not have immediately scrambled Otis? How could NORAD, by their own account, hold on to the most vital information of both of these hijackings for three and six full minutes before notifying Otis to scramble?

8:52 a.m.: Two F-15 Eagles have scrambled and are airborne from the 102nd Fighter Wing of Otis Air National Guard Base in Falmouth, Massachusetts. An F-15 has a top speed of 1875+ MPH. According to NORAD,Otis is 153 miles east-northeast of the WTC.

8:57 a.m. The FAA formally notified the military that American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the WTC. Until then, the two F-15 fighters from Otis did not know the plane had crashed -- Yet at 8:47 a.m. NORAD had been notified. Why does it take over 10 minutes to inform the two F-15’s of this, especially when United Airlines Flight 175 is headed directly for New York City?
NORAD says that when United Airlines Flight 175 impacts the WTC at 9:02:54, the F-15's from Otis are still 71 miles away. This means their average flight speed was only 23.9% of their top speed in trying to intercept United Airlines Flight 175. Otis is 153 miles from WTC. F-15's have a top speed of 1875+ MPH minus 71 miles left from 153 miles equals 82 miles covered in the 11 minutes from 8:52 take-off to 9:03. 60 minutes divided by 11 minutes equals 5.45, times this by the 82 miles covered, equals 447.3 MPH. divided by 1875 MPH equals 23.9% of their top speed. How could these two F-15’s possibly be going less than one quarter of their top speed in trying to intercept United Airlines Flight 175?

The following passages are from a BBC article published on August 30, 2002. Two of the pilots patrolling northeast America told the program how they struggled to get to New York as fast as possible after the first plane had hit the World Trade Center. Pilots "Duff" and "Nasty" recalled they were only minutes away when the second plane hit the towers. Pilot Duff said: "For a long time I wondered what would have happened if we had been scrambled in time.”  We've been over the flight a thousand times in our minds and I don't know what we could have done to get there any quicker." Perhaps if they flew a little faster than 23.9% of their top speed is how. The F-15 pilots flew ''like a scalded ape,'' topping 500 MPH but were unable to catch up to the airliner [United Airliners Flight 175], Maj. Gen. Paul Weaver said.  Now the only airliner left in the sky with its IFF transponder signal off which has just made a 180 degree turn over southern Ohio / northeastern Kentucky and has been heading directly back to Washington D.C. and The Pentagon since 8:59 a.m. -- is American Airlines Flight 77. Why didn’t these two F-15’s that were 71 miles from NYC and the WTC, immediately redirect to intercept the only dangerous airliner in the sky, American Airlines Flight 77?  These two F-15’s had 34 minutes to reach Washington D.C. before American Airlines Flight 77 hits the Pentagon at 9:37 a.m. The mission of these two F- 15’s from the 102nd Fighter Wing of the Otis Air National Guard Base is to protect the skies from Washington D.C. to the north. The F-15 has a top speed of 1875+ MPH, so they could have closed the 300 or so miles from their current position to Washington D.C. in just about 10 minutes. At top speed they could have been at the Pentagon 24 minutes before American Airlines Flight 77 hits it.  Even if they were flying at the same speed NORAD says that they covered in the last 71 miles till they reach the WTC (532.5 MPH or only 28.4% of top speed) they would have beat American Airlines Flight 77 to the Pentagon. Why didn’t these two F-15’s directly fly to intercept the only known airliner still in the sky that is hijacked, and heading directly for the nation’s capital? Still, much worse, why didn’t these two F-15’s upon reaching the WTC at 9:11 and now knowing that American Airlines Flight 77 has been heading dead on for Washington D.C. for 12 minutes, finally try to intercept? The WTC is about 250 miles from the Pentagon. They still have 26 minutes to intercept American Airlines Flight 77 before the Pentagon gets hit at 9:37. All they have to do is to fly only 576.9 MPH or 30.8% of their top speed to beat American Airlines Flight 77 to the Pentagon. What do we pay these guys to do? Still, unbelievably worse, these two F-15’s could have waited in New York City till 9:26 before heading down to protect Washington D.C. and the Pentagon. By 9:26 American Airlines Flight 77 has now been heading directly back to Washington D.C. for 27 minutes. American Airlines Flight 77 is the only airliner in the sky with its transponder signal off, and off course. If these F-15’s were flying at top speed, they could be at the Pentagon in under 10 minutes. They can leave New York City at 9:26 and still beat American Airlines Flight 77 to the Pentagon by one minute. Why didn’t these two F-15’s leave at any time between 9:03 and 9:26 to intercept American Airlines Flight 77, the only airliner in the sky with its transponder signal off, and also off course? Why, NORAD? 

9:11 a.m.: The two F-15 Eagles from Otis Air National Guard station in Falmouth; Massachusetts finally make it to NYC and the WTC. So it takes these two F-15’s, which have a top speed of 1875+ MPH, 19 minutes to cover the 153 miles from Otis to the WTC. This means their average flight speed from Otis to the WTC was only 483.2 MPH or just 25.8% of their top speed.

9:24 a.m.: NORAD orders the 1st Fighter Wing from Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia to scramble two, possibly three F-16 fighters. This time NORAD does not sit on this vital information for six minutes before notifying Langley AFB. Langley is 130 miles south of Washington D.C. and the Pentagon. The F-16 has a top speed of 1500 MPH. Why wasn’t Langley AFB scrambled at 8:20 or 8:40 or 8:46 or at the very least at 9:02:54? How could NORAD possibly have waited the 21 minutes from the time United Airlines Flight 175 hits the South Tower of the WTC at 9:02:54 before finally scrambling Langley at 9:24? Waiting these 21 extra minutes to finally scramble Langley is the real smoking gun that no one can get around.

9:30 a.m.: Two maybe three F-16 Fighting Falcons code -named Huntress take off from Langley AFB headed at first toward at NYC. A couple of minutes into their mission, according to General Haugen "A person came on the radio and identified themselves as being with the Secret Service" and said, "I want you to protect the White House at all costs." The F-16’s laid in a new course and vectored to Washington D.C. Why were these fighters headed to NYC when American Airlines Flight 77 has been headed directly for Washington D.C. for the last 31 minutes, and with their communication and transponder turned off for 34 minutes? There are no airliners headed for NYC or anywhere else with their communication and transponders turned off. Also, at 9:25 air traffic controllers have already informed the US Secret Service in Washington D.C. that American Airlines Flight 77 is approaching them very fast. So why are these F-16’s first flying toward NYC?

9:37 a.m.: NORAD says the F-16’s from Langley were still 105 miles and 12 minutes away. This means their average flight speed was only 14.3% of their top speed in trying to intercept United Airlines Flight 175. If these F-16’s flew at top speed, they would have been there just after 9:37. Langley is 130 miles from the Pentagon. F-16's have a top speed of 1500 MPH. Minus 105 miles left from 130 miles equals 25 miles covered in the 7 minutes from 9:30 take-off to 9:37. 60 minutes divided by 7 minutes equals 8.57, times this by the 25 miles covered, equals 214.3 MPH. divided by 1500 MPH equals 14.3% of their top speed. How could these two F-16’s possibly be going one seventh of their top speed in trying to intercept American Airlines Flight 77? Even the story about first flying to NYC does not account for this unbelievably slow speed because they got the message to redirect to Washington D.C. within a couple of minutes of take-off, and NYC and Washington D.C. are almost exactly the same direction (north) from Langley.

9:49 a.m.: The F-16’s from Langley AFB finally arrive over Washington, D.C. to perform Combat Air Patrol over the city. It takes these F-16’s 19 minutes to reach Washington D.C. from Langley AFB which is about 130 miles to the south.  If these F-16’s were flying at top speed it should have taken them just over 7 minutes to reach the Pentagon. They should have been there at about the same time the Pentagon is hit by American Airlines Flight 77, at 9:37. By arriving in Washington D.C. at 9:49, that would mean these F-16’s average flight speed was only 410.5 MPH. This means their average flight speed was only 27.4% of their top speed in trying to protect our nations capital. Langley AFB is 130 miles from the Pentagon and F-16's have a top speed of 1500 MPH. 60 minutes divided by 19 minutes = 3.16 x 130 miles = 410.5 MPH divided by 1500 MPH = 27.4%.  These F-16’s took-off at 9:30, this is 43 minutes after American Airlines 11 impacts the North Tower of the WTC and 27 minutes after United Airlines Flight 175 slams into the South Tower of the WTC. Knowing this, these F-16’s fly at only 27.4% of their top speed in trying to intercept American Airlines Flight 77 and protect our nations capital, Washington D.C. How could that possibly be? Why were all of these ultra- sophisticated fighter jets averaging flight speeds only one quarter of their top speed when sent to intercept hostile aircraft and protect New York City and our nation's Capital, Washington D.C.? What exactly is the purpose of these fighter jets being able to go 1875+ MPH and 1500 MPH, yet when the United States is being attacked and needs them the most they are only somehow capable of doing one quarter of their top speed?
The United States Air Force is the most technologically advanced, and the most dominate military force ever known to man, and yet we didn’t have any other fighters on routine patrols or training missions anywhere within 1000 miles of New York City or Washington D. C. that morning? I have talked to a few people in the Air Force, and this totally impossible. There are always fighters up on routine patrols or training missions. So where were they? And lastly, why didn't the Air Force follow procedure and immediately scramble a recon aircraft or two to monitor any of these 4 flights like they did for the late great golfer Payne Stewart when his Lear jet went off course? This is not Oshkosh, Wisconsin we are talking about protecting here, it is New York City and the Capital of the United States, Washington D.C., and its air defenses were left total unguarded for almost an hour and a half by the same country who have the greatest air superiority by far ever known. What type of a preposterous wag of the NORAD tale is this? Both of these groups of fighters, the F-15’s out of Otis, and the F-16’s out of Langley were put in the air merely as window dressing. To make the public actually think they were valiantly trying to intercept these 4 hijacked planes. There is only one explanation for this -- our Air Force was ordered to stand down on 911.

5. Vice President Richard Cheney was placed in charge of anti-terrorism training and military preparedness exercises by Bush on May 8, 2001. This gave him command authority during the 9/11 attacks because as many as nine war game exercises involving military and intelligence agencies were occurring simultaneously.

6. The military's "Air Piracy" regulations were rewritten on June 1st 2001 to require the "Secretary of Defense" to give "approval" for military escort aircraft in the event of a hijacking. Donald Rumsfeld gave no "approval" that day.

7. More than an hour and fifteen minutes after the first hijacking was reported by FAA, the US military headquarters at the Pentagon was struck without any defensive action taken to stop the attack. The impact was on the west side, for some reason the only side that had been "hardened" with blast-proof windows and specially reinforced walls. None of the highest ranking military leadership were located on that side.  American Airlines 77 would have to make a 270 degree downward spiral in order to strike the Pentagon on this side.  Wouldn’t Hani Hanjour just fly directly into the first side he came to? Professional pilots have proven given the all the data, this was move was impossible.  Also, according to Flight Data provided by the NTSB, the Flight Deck Door was never opened in flight. How were the hijackers able to gain access to the cockpit, remove the pilots, and navigate the aircraft to the Pentagon if the Flight Deck Door remained closed?




8. (TRANSCRIPT) Air Force General Richard Myers: "When it became clear what the threat was, we did scramble fighter aircraft, AWACS, radar aircraft and tanker aircraft to begin to establish orbits in case other aircraft showed up in the FAA system that were hijacked..."

Senator Carl Levin: "Was that order that you just described given before or after the Pentagon was struck? Do you know?"

Air Force General Richard Myers: "That order, to the best of my knowledge, was after the Pentagon was struck."

Reality intrudes. It became "clear what the threat was," the moment the first hijacked airliner struck the North Tower at 8:46am. This congressional testimony is inexcusable and grounds for investigation into criminal negligence, dereliction of duty, and treason.

9. "President Bush personally asked Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle Tuesday to limit the congressional investigation into the events of September 11..." ..."Tuesday's discussion followed a rare call to Daschle from Vice President Dick Cheney last Friday to make the same request."

10. The Project For a New American Century, which wrote of the need for a "catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor," had members throughout the top of the government on 9/11 including Cheney, Rumsfeld, Perle, Wolfowitz, Feith, Bolton, Armitage, Abrams, Wurmser, as well as Bush's brother, the governor of Florida, Jeb.

11. Four days before 9/11, Jeb Bush activated the Florida National Guard, "Based on the potential massive damage to life and property that may result from an act of terrorism at a Florida port." (Executive Order 01-261).

12. On 9/11 Jeb Bush declared a "State of Emergency" in Florida (E.O. 01-262). "I hereby delegate to the Department of Law Enforcement the operational authority to coordinate and direct the law enforcement resources and other resources of any and all state, regional and local governmental agencies..." And by 2am on 9/12/01, Jeb Bush was reported to have confiscated the police records in Venice, FL related to the Huffman Aviation flight school. Two rental trucks full of these records drove onto a C-130 military aircraft at Sarasota Airport and flew out with Jeb Bush aboard.

13. Huffman Aviation flight school, where Mohamed Atta and other alleged hijackers trained, had a Lear jet seized by the DEA with "43 pounds of heroin" on board. No one was ever prosecuted in connection with the "biggest drug seizure in central Florida history."

14. The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks on the United States ("9/11 Commission") was a blatant and obvious cover-up under the control of Bush administration member and "Executive Director" Phillip Zelikow. This cover-up can be proven easily with one example: the time of Dick Cheney's arrival at the Presidential Emergency Operations Center ("PEOC bunker"). Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta testified under oath that Cheney was present at 9:20am and issuing "orders" related to the plane that struck the Pentagon. Mineta's testimony was completely omitted from their final report, and a fraudulent time of 9:58am for Cheney's arrival was given instead (book pg 40 / .pdf file pg 57).

15. The 9/11 Commission was originally only given $3 million to investigate the greatest terrorist attacks on US soil in our history. The Bush administration then withheld requested documents forcing the Commissioners to issue subpoenas to the FAA and the Department of Defense.

16. So many lies were told by Bush administration officials regarding warnings before the attacks, that it is difficult to count them. Ari Fleischer's two word response, "No warnings," aboard Air Force One on 9/11, sums up the administration's claim.  Check Bush’s PDB on August 6, 2001.[#21]

17. Contrary to the Bush administration's claim: "Newspapers in Germany, France, Russia and London reported in the months before September 11th of a blizzard of warnings delivered to the Bush administration from all points on the compass. The German intelligence service BND warned American and Israeli agencies that terrorists were planning to hijack commercial aircraft and use them as weapons to attack important American targets. Egypt warned of a similar plane-based plot against Bush during the G-8 summit in Genoa last June [2001], a warning taken so seriously that anti-aircraft batteries were placed around Columbus Airport in Italy. Last August [2001], Russian intelligence services notified the CIA that 25 terrorist pilots had been trained for suicide missions, and Putin himself confirmed that this warning was delivered 'in the strongest possible terms' specifically regarding threats to airports and government buildings." Newsweek, May 20, 2002

18. In July of 2001, CIA Director George Tenet and CIA counterterrorism chief J. Cofer Black claim to have made a detailed presentation and warned National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Attorney General John Ashcroft of imminent attacks on US soil by Al Qaeda operatives. This was also omitted from the 9/11 Commission Report.

19. Many more warnings stretching back to the early 1990s were known to intelligence agencies and to FBI. These warnings expose as a lie. National Security Advisor Rice's response: "I don't think anybody could have predicted that these people would take an airplane and slam it into the World Trade Center, take another one and slam it into the Pentagon; that they would try to use an airplane as a missile, a hijacked airplane as a missile."

20. March 7, 2001: "The Russian Permanent Mission at the United Nations secretly submits "an unprecedentedly detailed report" to the UN Security Council about bin Laden, his whereabouts, details of his al-Qaeda network, Afghan drug running, and Taliban connections to Pakistan and the ISI. The report provides "a listing of all bin Laden's bases, his government contacts and foreign advisers," and enough information to potentially locate and kill him. It is said to contain an "astonishing degree of information." The US fails to use the information in any noticeable manner. Alex Standish, the editor of the highly respected Jane's Intelligence Review, concludes that the attacks of 9/11 were less of an American intelligence failure than the result of "a political decision not to act against bin Laden." [Jane's Intelligence Review, 10/5/2001; Times of India, 10/8/2001]

21. On August 6, 2001 a CIA briefer went to Bush's Crawford ranch to read the president a briefing called, "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US" (2 redacted pages out of 11 reported). After the briefing, Bush told the CIA man, "All right. You've covered your ass, now." Bush then went fishing.

22. Minneapolis FBI Agent and Legal Advisor Colleen Rowley (21 year veteran) said that the FBI Headquarters Special Supervisory Agent, "seemed to have been consistently, almost deliberately thwarting the Minneapolis FBI agents' efforts ...continued to, almost inexplicably, throw up roadblocks and undermine Minneapolis' by-now desperate efforts to obtain a FISA search warrant, long after the French intelligence service provided its information and probable cause became clear. ...Even after the attacks had begun, the SSA in question was still attempting to block the search of Moussaoui's computer, characterizing the World Trade Center attacks as a mere coincidence. ...HQ personnel never disclosed to the Minneapolis agents that the Phoenix Division had, only approximately three weeks earlier, warned of
Al Qaeda operatives in flight schools seeking flight training for terrorist purposes!"

23. FBI Special Agent Robert Wright (12 year veteran) said: "[T]here existed a concerted effort on the part of agents conducting counterterrorism intelligence investigations to insulate the subjects of their investigations from criminal investigation and prosecution." ..."The supervisor ...started yelling at me: 'You will not open criminal investigations. I forbid any of you. You will not open criminal investigations against any of these intelligence subjects.'" ..."There is virtually no effort on the part of the FBI's International Terrorism Unit to neutralize known and suspected terrorists residing within the United States."

"A lawyer speaking for (FBI Special Agent) Wright after 9/11 will blame Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division, Michael Chertoff for refusing to take Wright's concerns seriously before 9/11."

Chertoff will later be appointed to become head of the Orwellian-named Department of Homeland Security.

"Larry Klayman, one of two lawyers now representing [FBI Agent] Wright, later says he calls the Justice Department a few days after 9/11 and asks that Wright be allowed to present his issues to Attorney General John Ashcroft. Klayman claims he receives a reply from Michael Chertoff, then head of the Criminal division, who refuses to meet with Wright and says, "We are tired of conspiracy theories."

FBI Agent Wright says at his press conference: "Corruption is knowing when something is not being done, knowing when the American people are being left unprotected and when you make a decision not to do something to protect the American people... And you effectively allow 9/11 to occur. That is the ultimate form of government corruption-dereliction of duty. That's subject in the military to prosecution, to court martial.... frankly, if not treason."

24. FBI Agent Harry Samit, who before 9/11 sent 70 communications to supervisors warning them of Moussauoi's plan to hijack a commercial jet and crash it -- to no avail -- has said, "...(I)f you're not going to advance this the FISA route, or if you don't believe we have enough for a FISA, I shudder to think-and that's all I got out and [Supervisory Special Agent Mike Maltbie] cut me off and said, 'You will not question the unit chief [David Frasca] and you will not question me. We've been through a lot. We know what's going on. You will not question us."

25. On July 10, 2001 FBI Agents in Phoenix AZ issued a memo to FBIHQ requesting that headquarters investigate flight schools across the U.S. to look for middle eastern flight students connected to international terrorist organizations. Nothing was done, and the information was not shared.

26. "The [FBI Inspector General] report attributes the inaction and inattention to the lack of resources committed to anti-terrorist activities in the summer of 2001. For instance, there was only a single research analyst assigned to the FBI's Bin Laden Unit in 2001, and she was transferred to another unit in July 2001."

27. "Although the FBI's counterterrorism budget tripled during the mid-1990s, its counterterrorism spending stayed fairly constant between fiscal years 1998 and 2001" ..."Then-acting FBI Director Thomas Pickard said he appealed to Ashcroft for more money for counterterrorism but on Sept 10, 2001, one day before the attacks on New York and Washington that killed nearly 3,000 people, Ashcroft rejected the appeal."

28. "At issue is a July 5, 2001, meeting between Ashcroft and acting FBI Director Tom Pickard."

"Mr. Ashcroft told you that he did not want to hear about this anymore,' Democratic commission member Richard Ben-Veniste asked on April 13. 'Is that correct?'"

"'That is correct,' Pickard replied."

..."(A)nother senior FBI official tells NBC News he vividly recalls Pickard returning from the meeting that day furious that Ashcroft had cut short the terrorism briefing. Several sources familiar with the investigation say Garcia confirmed to the commission that Ashcroft did indeed dismiss Pickard's warnings about al -Qaida."

29. FBI Translator Sibel Edmonds has become the most gagged whistleblower in the country's history. In a letter to 9/11 Commissioner Thomas Kean, she said, "If Counterintelligence receives information that contains money laundering, illegal arms sale, and illegal drug activities, directly linked to terrorist activities; and if that information involves certain nations, certain semi-legit organizations, and ties to certain lucrative or political relations in this country, then, that information is not shared with Counterterrorism, regardless of the possible severe consequences. In certain cases, frustrated FBI agents cited 'direct pressure by the State Department,' and in other cases 'sensitive diplomatic relations' is cited. ...Your hearings did not include questions regarding these unspoken and unwritten policies and practices. Despite your full awareness and understanding of certain criminal conduct that connects to certain terrorist related activities, committed by certain US officials and high-level government employees, you have not proposed criminal investigations into this conduct, although under the laws of this country you are required to do so."

Another FBI translator, who had been "shielding" the targets of FBI investigations, told Sibel Edmonds: ""Why are you doing this, Sibel? Why don't you just drop it? You know there could be serious consequences. Why put your family in Turkey in danger over this?" Sibel Edmonds' sister was reportedly sought by Turkish police shortly after this incident.

30. The FBI's top Al Qaeda investigator, John O'Neill, "resigned in July of 2001 in protest over the obstruction of terrorist investigations."  

In August, he would become Chief of Security for the WTC and die on September 11, 2001.  Was he a target or was he given a new identity and threatened to remain silent?  


O'Neill started his new job at the World Trade Center on August 23, 2001, just 19 days before the attacks. He was appointed by Kroll Associates, namely by the managing director Jerome Hauer. In late August, he talked to his friend Chris Isham about the job. Jokingly, Isham said, "At least they're not going to bomb it again," a reference to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. O'Neill replied, "They’ll probably try to finish the job."  


Jerome Hauer was formerly the Director of Office of Emergency Management under New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, he was previously an employee of Kroll Inc. which studied biological terrorism attacks.

31. Two of the alleged hijackers lived openly in San Diego with an FBI informant for over a year: "The FBI inspector general's report reveals for the first time that the CIA not only failed to inform the FBI about [Al] Mihdhar, but that CIA officials intervened to suppress a memorandum drafted by an FBI agent detailed to the CIA-run Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC), who wanted to notify the FBI about the suspected terrorist with a US visa."

"One FBI official familiar with the case will later complain, "[The CIA] purposely hid [Almihdhar] from the FBI, purposely refused to tell the bureau. ...And that's why September 11 happened. ...They have blood on their hands." [Bamford, 2004, pp. 224, A Pretext for War: 9/11, Iraq, and the Abuse of America's Intelligence Agencies]

32. The 9/11 Commission, at the orchestration of Bush administration member and "Executive Director" Phillip Zelikow, wrote: "To date, the US government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. ...Ultimately the question of the origin of the funds is of little practical significance."

33. The Times of India reported that Indian Intelligence had traced the wire transfers of over $100,000 from British born terrorist and reported MI6 and ISI asset Omar Saeed Sheikh in the UAE to Mohamed Atta in Florida, on the orders of the head of Pakistani intelligence Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmad. This was reportedly confirmed by the FBI. The Pakistani ISI chief Ahmad resigned immediately, but he has never been sought by US authorities for funding and participating in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

34. ISI chief Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmad was in Washington DC the week prior to 9/11, meeting with CIA Director George Tenet and other high ranking US officials including Tenet's replacement at CIA Porter Goss.

35. During the ISI chief's stay in Washington, Osama bin Laden was reportedly admitted to the Pakistani military hospital in Rawalpindi on September 10, 2001 by CBS News.

36. Osama bin Laden was also reportedly admitted to a US MILITARY HOSPITAL in Dubai, UAE, in July of 2001 for kidney dialysis treatment. There bin Laden is said to have met with the CIA station chief, Larry Mitchell.

37. Senator Bob Graham, head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said: "I was surprised at the evidence that there were foreign governments [Plural!] involved in facilitating the activities of at least some of the terrorists in the United States." ..."I think there is very compelling evidence that at least some of the terrorists were assisted not just in financing -- although that was part of it -- by a sovereign foreign government and that we have been derelict in our duty to track that down, make the further case, or find the evidence that would indicate that that is not true."

38. Senator Bob Graham also said: "High officials in [the Saudi Arabian] government, who I assume were not just rogue officials acting on their own, made substantial contributions to the support and wellbeing of two of these terrorists and facilitated their ability to plan, practice and then execute the tragedy of September 11." These investigations remain blocked, classified, covered-up and unresolved to this day by the Bush administration's clear Obstruction of Justice.

39. Senator and 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland resigned, saying: "This is the most serious independent investigation since the Warren Commission. And after watching History Channel shows on the Warren Commission last night, the Warren Commission blew it. I'm not going to be part of that. I'm not going to be part of looking at information only partially. I'm not going to be part of just coming to quick conclusions. I'm not going to be part of political pressure to do this or not do that. I'm not going to be part of that. This is serious."

40. At least 7 of the alleged "hijackers" were reported to be still alive. Neither the FBI nor the 9/11 Commission corrected the identities, and the government has treated the issue of who exactly attacked America on September 11th as relatively unimportant. The flight manifests released by the airlines did not contain any of the names of the hijackers (who supposedly bought tickets just like everybody else), and there are discrepancies in the number of persons reported to be onboard the airliners. This also has not been explained by officials, at all.

41. The Dulles Airport security camera video released as evidence of hijackers has no time or date stamp, nor any other coded information, which suggests that it may not be authentic.

42. The aircraft "black boxes" from the World Trade Center site were admittedly recovered by NYC Fireman Nicholas DeMassi. The FBI, NTSB and the 9/11 Commission all deny they were ever recovered at all.

43. Congress shoveled $15 Billion of taxpayer money to the airlines immediately after 9/11 as one of the first responses to the attacks.

44. The autopsy report from the Pentagon crash site contains no mention of any of the hijackers.

45. Up to 200 Israeli agents were arrested and detained in relation to September 11th. This includes five Mossad agents who were celebrating the World Trade Center job with "cries of joy and mockery." The Justice Department (sic) released all of the Israelis, and the entire matter was made "classified."

46. "According to several Weehawken neighbors of the [Israeli MOSSAD front operation] Urban Moving Systems warehouse, the FBI, upon searching the warehouse, discovered fertilizer, other chemicals for making explosives, pipes, caps, and traces of anthrax. After anthrax was discovered, investigators wearing hazardous material suits went through the warehouse."

47. "On the night of the Sept. 11 attacks, the White House Medical Office dispensed [the anthrax drug] Cipro to staff accompanying Vice President Dick Cheney as he was secreted off to the safety of Camp David..." The public was not warned about anthrax or alerted about Cipro for another six weeks, when anthrax- laden letters were sent through the mail to top Democratic congressmen and to others.

48. "Palestinians" were accused of committing the 9/11 attacks by Israeli MOSSAD operatives. One of the arrested MOSSAD agents told the police, "We are Israelis, we are not your problem. Your problems are our problem. Palestinians are the problem." A phone call to the "Jersey City Police Department ...claimed 'Palestinians' in Arab clothes were seen celebrating the attacks." Was this MOSSAD referring to their own covert agents? At 9:43am on 9/11, "Abu Dhabi television reports it received a call from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, claiming responsibility for crashing two planes into the WTC.
However leading officials later deny the claim."

49. Israeli instant messaging firm Odigo received warnings of the World Trade Center attacks 2 hours before they occurred.

50. Zim American / Israeli Shipping broke its lease in the World Trade Center and evacuated one week before the attacks. The company is 49% owned by the Israeli government.

51. Although the Israeli government sent MOSSAD officers to "warn" the U.S. about imminent terror attacks in August 2001: "'They had no specific information about what was being planned but linked the plot to Osama bin Laden and told the Americans that there were strong grounds for suspecting Iraqi involvement,' said a senior Israeli security official." Mixing Osama bin Laden together with his enemy Saddam Hussein has been a ridiculous propaganda exercise, and exposed as such.

52. Fire has never, before or after 9/11, caused a steel -framed building to completely collapse. Three gigantic steel-framed skyscrapers were alleged to have collapsed from the effects of fire, including the 47 story building 7 which was not hit by a plane. The Twin Towers and building 7 displayed numerous characteristics of controlled demolition including free fall speed, collapsing into footprints, pulverization of all the concrete, and the sounds and appearances of explosive charges, as reported by many eyewitnesses and captured on video. Needless to say, this has not been investigated officially, because officials refuse to admit the possibility existed at all.

53. "Fire Engineering [Magazine] has good reason to believe that the "official investigation" blessed by FEMA and run by the American Society of Civil Engineers is a half-baked farce that may already have been commandeered by political forces whose primary interests, to put it mildly, lie far afield of full disclosure. Except for the marginal benefit obtained from a three-day, visual walk- through of evidence sites conducted by ASCE investigation committee members- described by one close source as a "tourist trip"-no one's checking the evidence for anything."  
It is interesting that FEMA was scheduled to take part in a bio-terror drill named Operation TRIPOD on 9/12.  The release also mentions that the TRIPOD exercise is supported by "The Office of Justice Programs, through the Office for Domestic Preparedness".  The Office for Domestic Preparedness was the effort assigned to Dick Cheney by George W. Bush on May 8, 2001. Although reports indicate that Cheney never convened any meetings of this Task Force prior to September 2001, it seems that there must have been some sort of planning involved with the organization and scheduling of Operation TRIPOD for September 12, 2001. With all of the unpleasant news of 9/11, it must have pleased Cheney that the scheduling of this drill made the pre-assembled emergency team immediately available to New York City. Who would have thought?  Oh and when Tom Kenney, an officer from the Massachusetts Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, was interviewed by Dan Rather, he misspoke, stating they had arrived on Monday September 10th.  Hmm.

54. “The decision to rapidly recycle the steel columns, beams and trusses from the WTC in the days immediately after 9/11 means definitive answers may never be known.'[NY Times] The next week, Fire Engineering magazine said: 'We are literally treating the steel removed from the site like garbage, not like crucial fire scene evidence ...The destruction and removal of evidence must stop immediately." (Griffin)

I thought it was a crime scene?  How could they remove evidence and ship it overseas?


55. Ben Fountain, who worked in the South Tower, told People Magazine, "Over the past few weeks we'd been evacuated a number of times, which is unusual. I think they had an inkling something was going on."

56. On Thursday, September 6, 2001 bomb-sniffing dogs were removed and the security threat level at the World Trade Center was downgraded.

57. Scott Forbes who worked in the South Tower described a "power down" on the weekend before 9/11, which was corroborated by WTC janitor William Rodriquez in his RICO lawsuit. The power down knocked out communications, computer systems, badge access readers and security cameras. Numerous workmen were reported, and the sounds of heavy construction, and a pervasive grey dust was found on the 97th floor by Forbes.

58. on 9/11, William Rodriguez also reported bombs in the basement levels and on various floors. After describing a series of explosions, Rodriguez heard that floor 65 had completely collapsed (nowhere near the plane impact zone). Rodriguez also claims to have heard construction on floor 34 affter the plane impacts, a floor that wasn't in use.

59. President Bush's brother Marvin Bush had been a director for Securacom (now Stratasec) that was in charge of security for the WTC, United Airlines and Dulles Airport (where Flight 77 originated). An Israeli security firm, ICTS International had security responsibilities at Boston Logan airport and other airports involved in the September 11th attacks.

60. On September 10, 2001 Willie Brown, the mayor of San Francisco, received a warning not to fly. He credited who he called "my security people at the airport." No FAA warnings had been issued however "in recent days."

61. "On Sept. 10, NEWSWEEK has learned, a group of top Pentagon officials suddenly canceled travel plans for the next morning, apparently because of security concerns."

62. "The author Salman Rushdie believes that US authorities knew of an imminent terrorist strike when they banned him from taking internal flights in Canada and the US only a week before the attacks. On September 3 the Federal Aviation Authority made an emergency ruling to prevent Mr Rushdie from flying unless airlines complied with strict and costly security measures."

63. "The Federal Aviation Administration said Friday it provided 15 warnings to airlines regarding possible terrorist attacks -- including al Qaeda hijackings -- in the months leading up to September 11....The FAA mentioned Osama bin Laden or al Qaeda in alerts the agency sent to domestic airlines." At this same time, July 2001, the FAA inexplicably terminated a firearms certification program for commercial airline pilots, which had made it legal for pilots to be armed since 1961.

64. A military data mining operation called Able Danger created a presentation chart in 2000 that allegedly included four future 9/11 hijackers. Their recommendation to send the data to the FBI was thwarted by military lawyers and by higher ranking officers. Yellow stickers were placed over the photographs of Mohamed Atta and the others. Although this information was brought directly to several of the 9-11 Commissioners, including Phillip Zelikow, it was never mentioned in their final report.

65. Purported "lead hijacker" Mohamed Atta was already known to US intelligence when he was living in Germany. "He is 'reportedly observed buying large quantities of chemicals in Frankfurt, apparently for the production of explosives [and/or] for biological warfare.' ..."The US agents reported to have trailed Atta are said to have failed to inform the German authorities about their investigation."


66.  AA77 pilot Charles Burlingame, or Vietnam flyer Chuck "Chic" Burlingame, had worked for Lockheed, and later worked on both anti-terror strategies and plane-into-building respone plans, according to Barbara Honegger's work quoted below. 

“The Washington Post reported on 9/16/01 that the original pilot of Flight 77 that hit the Pentagon, former F-4 fighter pilot Charles Burlingame had, in his last Navy job developing anti-terror strategies for the Navy before retiring to fly for American Airlines, drafted the Pentagon's emergency response plan in case it was hit by a civilian airliner. Also, on the morning of 9-11, Pentagon medic Matt Rosenberg was in the health clinic on Corridor 8, "Grateful for an uninterrupted hour in which he could study a new medical emergency disaster plan based on the unlikely scenario of an airplane crashing into the Pentagon." Clearly, the disaster plan Rosenberg was reading just before Burlingame's plane hit the Navy Command Center was part of the very plan Burlingame himself had put together.”

Crisci and Denise M Crisci from 03/24/1988 to 06/24/94. The application date on John Talignani's driver's license is 09/01/92 and his correct Port Richey, Florida, address was 7202 BRAMBLEWOOD DRIVE which he purchased on 02/08/1985.  Additionaly the extended zip codes were mixed up when this phony ID was made. The extended zip code for the 8611 Huntsman Lane address is 2019 NOT 6911. The extended zip code for 7202 Bramblewood Drive is 6911.

While were talking about fake licenses, CeeCee lyles was married to Lorne Oct 1, 2000.  Her license which was supposedly found at Shanksville and also was not used in the Moussaui trial, shows her last name as Lyles and an issue date of 12/02/97.  They also opted to use a photo of the license as evidence and not the actual license.


73. A check of CeeCee Lyles Driver's License # with Florida Highway Safety and Motorvehicles finds that there is a mismatch with her social security number.



74. CeeCee Lyles was a former detective with the Fort Pierce, Fla., Police Department before fall of 2010 when "Lorne spotted an ad for job openings on a United Airlines web site, CeeCee walked away from police work and, on Oct. 11, 2000, fulfilled a lifelong goal."

76. The picture used for Mark Bingham's CNN Memorial page showed IPC data that the photo was edited on 8/30/2001, before 9/11 and the data shows how he was killed on 9/11.

77. Todd Beamer was the United 93 passeneger who allegedly shouted "Let's roll!" before attempting to take back the plane from the highjackers.  Todd and Mark Bingham weren't strangers.  The following information was posted in a forum in June 2009

According to the official story of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks, Todd Beamer and Mark Bingham fought terrorists on United Airlines Flight 93 and forced that plane to crash in Pennsylvania. However, I have discovered that United 93 is not the only connection between Beamer and Bingham.

First of all, Beamer and Bingham went to high school together. Specifically, they attended Los Gatos High School in Los Gatos, a town in northern California.
Mark Bingham attended Los Gatos High School for 4 years, from 1984 to 1988. [1]
Todd Beamer attended Los Gatos High School during the 1986-1987 school year, which was his senior year. [2]
So, for 1 year, Beamer and Bingham went to high school together.

Specifically, they are both connected to a man named Eric Benhamou.
Mark Bingham graduated from college in 1993, and his own company opened for business in 1999. For some period of time between the 1993 graduation and the 1999 opening, Bingham worked for 3Com Corporation.[3]

The CEO of 3Com from September 1990 to December 31, 2000, was Eric Benhamou. [4]
Thus, Benhamou was the CEO during Mark Bingham's employment at 3Com.
Now, did Benhamou and Bingham know each other personally? Well, if you look at the news database Factiva (available at public libraries), you will find two 3Com press releases, one from September 2, 1999, and the other from October 11, 1999. These press releases appeared in the publication known as Business Wire. If you look at the bottom of each press release, you will see Mark Bingham's name and phone number listed in the "contact" section. So, Bingham was a press secretary for 3Com, just as Tony Snow was the press secretary of the White House. So, just as we are sure that Tony Snow personally knew the people in charge of the White House (Bush, Cheney, etc.), we can be sure that Bingham personally knew Benhamou.  In addition to working for 3Com, Mr. Benhamou was a member of the Board of Directors of the company known as Legato Systems. Benhamou was appointed to Legato's Board of Directors in 1993. [5] Benhamou was on Legato's Board as late as September 2001. [6]David Beamer, Todd Beamer's father, was appointed Legato Systems's executive vice president of worldwide sales in January 2001. [7] David Beamer was appointed chief operating officer (COO) of Legato Systems in February 2002. [8] Thus, David Beamer and Eric Benhamou worked at Legato at the same time for at least 9 months (from January 2001 to September 2001).
Furthermore, during those 9 months, Benhamou had the high rank of member of the Board of Directors, and David Beamer had the high rank of executive vice president of worldwide sales. Thus, it is very probable that Eric Benhamou and David Beamer knew each other personally.
So, Eric Benhamou worked with Mark Bingham and with David Beamer, Todd's father.

There is another passenger from United Airlines Flight 93 that should be noted, and that is Nicole Miller. At the time of 9/11, Nicole was a student at West Valley College in northern California. BEAMER: Yes. About a 45 minute drive, something he had done many times.

KING: And you did? What did you do that morning?

BEAMER: We had been on vacation the day before.

KING: Europe, right?

BEAMER: We had just gotten back from Italy. Very good.

KING: Yes. 

BEAMER: And that morning I got up and did laundry and got ready to go to the grocery store. We didn't even have any milk in the house.

KING: You were how much pregnant?

BEAMER: I was about four and a half months, about half way.

KING: Knew it was a girl?

BEAMER: No. Didn't know it was a girl until she was born.

KING: So Todd died not knowing?

BEAMER: He didn't know, no.

KING: So...

BEAMER: Just doing normal things, that you know, everybody did the morning of September 11. And I was walking out the door to go to the grocery store and the phone rang. And it was a friend asking if Todd was OK and where he was. She knew he was flying that morning, and I had no idea what she was talking about. And she told me the World Trade Center had been hit with an airplane and, I mean, you know we turned on the TV and of course like every American I was just shocked and knew that the day wasn't going to turn out anything like I expected, and just glued to the TV.

KING: Saw the second plane hit?

BEAMER: Saw the second plane hit. And I still hadn't had any thought that Todd was involved. I wanted to talk to him, because I think everyone wanted to connect...

KING: Were they giving you flight information then, where the flight was going? Did you know that...

BEAMER: I didn't know what flight he was on. I knew he was going to San Francisco, and I did try to call the airlines and find out where he might be. He usually flew Continental, so I called them, and they said that their flights were fine. One had gone out early, and one hadn't left.
So I thought, "OK, he's all right." And then a little while later, I thought "Well, sometimes he flies United to San Francisco because it's a lot cheaper." And so I tried to call United and by then the phones in the New York area were very messed up.

KING: Then you learned of the Pentagon?

BEAMER: Then I learned of the Pentagon, and in the meantime a friend had come over. She just wanted to be there.

KING: Are you now really worried? 

BEAMER: I wasn't worried, really. I just wanted to talk to Todd, just like everybody wanted to talk to their loved ones that day and say "Can you believe this? Where are you? Are you safe?" But I wasn't nervous, really. And then, I think when the crash in the Pentagon happened I started to wonder, "How many planes out there are hijacked right now? Is this three or 30?" And the crash in Pennsylvania came on the TV, and at that point I was very concerned. I knew that's the direction that his flight would have been going, and the timing was about right. And initially they said it was a flight that was bound to Chicago, so I thought "OK, we're off the hook with that one." And a few minutes later they came back on and said it was a Newark to San Francisco-bound flight on United.

KING: Did you know then?

BEAMER: I knew, immediately, and I was standing behind the couch looking at the TV and I just, I remember I yelled "No," and my friend was there said "You know, it's OK, you know, maybe he's on a different flight, we don't know anything yet." And I said "No, this is his flight." And I had already seen the pictures and I knew that no one was walking away from that plane. I just told her I was going to go upstairs and asked her to watch the children, and I was up there the rest of the day in my room just sort of praying and...

KING: Did anyone call you officially to...

BEAMER: Oracle called me a few hours later to say that their travel agency had said he was booked for the flight, and then a few hours after that United called and said he was actually on the flight. But by then I knew.

She doesn't know which airline he was booked on, not concerned with the WTC crashes or the Pentagon crash. He could not have been involved with those she figures. But knows instinctively a smoking hole in the ground not yet shown on TV is his flight. She claims not to have seen the towers collapse but was glued to the TV. The first collapse occurs 10:05. Flight 93 crashes 10:06. There were no cameras trained on F93 in Pa. The towers had every news organization there. She could NOT have known he was on board the plane that crashed in Pa. Oracle and United called a few hours after. She almost said" before Todds...plane crashed". There is no way she could have seen the Pa. crash before the WTC collapses.

Todd Beamer's wife, Lisa Beamer, a grieving mother of two and four months pregnant with her third child, registers TODDBEAMER.ORG four days later on 09/20/01, incorporates The Todd M. Beamer Memorial Foundation eight days later on 9/24/01 and then applies for the trademark "Let's Roll" ten days later on 9/26/01. Instead of acting like a wife and mother who should be experiencing untold grief, shock, and loss, her behavior turns a catastrophic personal tragedy into a cold and calculating cheap publicity stunt. But then, the propaganda machine of the Fascist States of America needed heroes as well as villains paraded through the media for their 9/11 conspiracy theory to be convincing. Considering that Todd and Lisa Beamer purchased their home in Cranbury, NJ, for $699,900 on 07/20/2000, it was interesting to note that they paid off their mortgage two weeks before 9/11 on 8/27/2001.

87. The WTC pile of rubble known as ground 0 burned for over 3 months, the longest burning fire in history.  According to this article from ABC, office furniture which was already said to not have been present, was what was burning.


We know that's not possible.

9/11?


Victim's Photos and Editing

Here is another example of having a photo ready a little too early.

There's one problem.  Notice the "(AP Photo)" tag on the bottom of the picture?  It was edited and put there on 9-11-2001.  Makes sense right?  Well that means they confirmed him dead, received the picture from his company and added their tag while the dust was still settling.  You can read EXIF or IPTC data on most JPEG images with a free program called Opanda IEXIF 2.

CNN had others with "picture taken" dates prior to 9/11.  CNN has been removing those.

Highjacked Flight Victims

We've already discussed Todd Beamer, Mark Bingham and Tim Ward.  Let's look at Ruth McCourt and Paige Hackel.


Could not get on the same flight huh?  American Airlines flight 11, a Boeing 767-223ER with capacity of 165 according to American Airlines, had 76 passengers, 11 crew members, and the 5 hijackers. United Airlines flight 175, a Boeing 767-222 with the same capacity, had 51 passengers, 9 crew and 5 hijackers. Plenty of seats on either plane. 

There are some questions regarding the Deora Bodley story.  Deora was allegedly killed when United 93 "crashed in Shanksville".  She had a 28 year old step sister named Eva Rupp.  Eva would start Peaceful Tomorrows Inc which is an organization founded by family members of those killed on September 11th who have united to turn our grief into action for peace.


Eva Rupp also happens to work for the Dept. of Homeland Security. 


Deora's mother Deborah would start a non-profit called "Project Team - Remembering Deora Bodley".  It is interesting to note that she created this charity in Balitmore and also serves Maine and New York.  

Deborah lives in San Diego California.
Deborah is also Treasurer of Families of Flight 93.

Deora's remains are interred at the crash site.

Why did gate agents open the Jetway door for Mark Bingham who was running late? 
"One passenger was late. Mark Bingham had overslept and his friend, Matthew Hall, drove madly from Manhattan to Newark. They screeched to a halt outside Terminal A at 7:40. Bingham leapt from the car, lugging the old, blue-and-gold canvas bag he'd used as a rugby player at the University of California at Berkeley a decade earlier. United attendants reopened the door to the boarding ramp and let him on the plane. Lucky he was that Flight 93 was 41 minutes late or he might have missed his flight."

Who were the second group of people?

What was the second plane that landed at Cleveland Hopkins Airport, originally said to have been United 93?

The Associated Press reported a plane landed at Cleveland at 10:45am.  Those articles have been archived here.  Naturally the originals seem to have disappeared.

WCPO and the mayor would later retract this, claiming the plane they thought was United 93 was in fact Delta 1989.  This is impossible.  Delta 1989 had already landed at Cleveland at 10:11am, 26 minutes after Cleveland Airport is evacuated.  Mystery plane X, which witnesses say they saw about 200 people released from the plane, landed at 10:45 am.  The director of safety and mission assurance at NASA Glenn, Bill Wessel will eventually say "A KC-135 had to come back to the hangar," says Wessel, as if realizing for the first time that this aircraft may have caused some undue confusion. A team of scientists from the Johnson Space Center in Houston had flown to Cleveland on this KC-135 to conduct micro-gravity experiments. (Also known as "the vomit comet," KC-135's are used to simulate weightlessness. The plane soars
to high altitudes, then falls back toward the ground, giving passengers a few seconds of zero-G experience. Scenes for the Tom Hanks movie Apollo 13 were filmed in one.) The visiting scientists could not return to Houston as scheduled on 9/11 once the FAA ordered all planes to land. "After the facility closed, we had to take those scientists to a hotel." The scientists,
dressed as civilians, were boarded onto shuttle buses."

We know it wasn't the KC-135 either.  The KC-135 landed @ 10:08 according to FAA records. The KC-135 max capacity is only 80, not 200+.


Why did Bill Wessel evacuate the NASA center through the back gate before Delta 1989 had even landed?

"He was in his office the morning of 9/11 when an employee called him from home. "He says, "Bill, I don't know if this is a hoax or what, but I just saw a plane crash into the World Trade Center.'" Wessel says he hung up and raced downstairs to a conference room. Center Director Don Campbell joined him. A projector beamed the television's image onto a large screen just as United Airlines flight 175 crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center."
United 175 struck the South Tower at 9:02:54 a.m.  

How long did he wait before he evacuated the NASA center? 

"An emergency meeting of directors was called, and an order to evacuate NASA was issued."
It doesn't sound like they waited for Delat 1989 to land at 10:11.
"When Wessel learned that Delta 1989 was stuck on the tarmac at Hopkins and that it might contain explosives, he decided it would be unwise to use the front gate, closest to the airport, to evacuate the 3,500 NASA Glenn employees under his watch."
So when did he evacuate?

"(Between 9:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.) September 11, 2001: FAA’s Cleveland Center Evacuated; Timing Unclear  While flight controllers are working to clear the skies of all aircraft, they notice a small plane flying erratically above the FAA’s Cleveland Center. Consequently, the center is evacuated, with people withdrawing to its parking lot. According to Rick Kettell, the Cleveland air traffic manager, the errant plane is never identified. He says it “flew off to the north, and we lost radar on it.” Eleven months later, the FAA will reportedly still be investigating what the plane was and what it was doing.
There are contradictory accounts of when the evacuation occurs. NEADS Commander Robert Marr reportedly is informed of it while Flight 93 is still airborne (see 9:44 a.m.-9:51 a.m. September 11, 2001).
Cleveland flight controller Stacey Taylor will later recall, “They’re evacuating the Center,” at a time when Flight 93 is still airborne. However, she and another Cleveland controller say they see Flight 93 disappear from their radar scopes when it crashes, suggesting that the center is not fully evacuated, or is only fully evacuated later on. Rick Kettell claims the evacuation occurs after most planes have already been landed from the region’s skies, which would be later in the morning. Nearly every media report surrounding the mystery plane at Cleveland Airport and anything that can be remotely used to gather information, has been removed.



Here are the Cleveland Hopkins arrivals on 9/11.  We can see that KC-135 landed at 10:08 and Delta 1989 landed at 10:11.  So what plane landed at 10:45?  Curiously, there is a large gap after the Southwest plane lands at 10:42.



United 93 shows up on radar, after it crashed.


Why have all of the articles been taken down?  Why weren't they archived for future generations?

Why do BTs records show AA11 never departed on 9/11?   Surely this wasn't due to the chaos of the days events, because AA11 would strike WTC 1, the north tower before anyone knew it was no ordinary Tuesday.

The Many Mysteries and Contradictions of WTC 7




"BEFORE it moves into a new office tower in downtown Manhattan, Salomon Brothers, the brokerage firm, intends to spend nearly two years and more than $200 million cutting out floors, adding elevators, reinforcing steel girders..."
"The work, which began last month at Seven World Trade Center, reflects both the adaptability of steel-framed towers..."
"After studying more than 50 options throughout the New York region, Salomon signed a 20-year lease for 22 floors - each spanning nearly an acre - at Seven World Trade Center, an office tower that has been largely vacant since Silverstein Properties completed it two years ago."
"To create the extra height, workers are removing most of three existing floors, using jackhammers to demolish concrete slabs and torches to remove steel decking and girders beneath the concrete."
"We built in enough redundancy to allow entire portions of floors to be removed without affecting the building's structural integrity, on the assumption that someone might need double-height floors,'' said Larry Silverstein, president of the company.

You could jackhammer floors out of WTC 7 without affecting structural integrity but on September 11, 2001, WTC would become the first and only steel structured building to collapse due to fire alone according to the official story.  It would also collapse in less than 7 seconds and fall straight down in its own footprint. Just like a controlled demolition.  Lets look at WTC 7 some more, shall we? 

WTC 7 housed Mayor Giuliani's Office of Emergency Management which had secure air and water supplies as well as bullet and bomb resistance.



But Giuliani didn't go to the OEM did he?  Why not?



Also interesting to note is the C.I.A. was unknowingly occupying space there. 
The SEC also had stored thousands of documents related to wall street and federal investigations in WTC7.  All files were destroyed and some were not backed up including files relating Citigroup to the Worldcom scandal.

Even that huge crater in WTC 6 did not cause it to collapse yet we are supposed to believe that minimal damage and burning office material were enough to cause global structural failure of a deliberately reinforced steel structure and that failure would mimic a controlled demolition for the first time in world history.

What does "pull it" mean?




Larry would try to say he meant, "pull the fire fighters from WTC 7", but there were no fire fighters in WTC 7 at 17:20 on 9/11 and the chief on scene would make all decisions without conferring with anyone, including the owner.  Larry would be asked to clarify who he spoke with on 9/11(See BBC link below).


The 9/11 commission which was supposed to investigate the events of that day, never mentions the collapse of WTC 7 in its 585 page report.






NIST would release an official report attempting to explain the collapse citing impossibilities, like office furniture fires being hot enough to make steel expand and/or melt and fail and also for the load balance to fail if some support columns were taken out.  So in theory, this building should have collapsed when The Solomon Brothers broke out their jackhammers and eliminated floors.




NIST would also claim there was no evidence or plausible witness of explosions.  Wait I found one!

Barry sure was scared for his life, and for good reason.  He would suddenly die, 2 days before the official report from NIST that contradicts his eye witness account of explosions in WTC 7. 


The only known obituary for Barry is in a NYCHA Employee Bulletin.




It is interesting to note that he received a promotion in 2002.  Perhaps his concious would not allow him to supress the truth and he finally decided to tell his story in 2007.  He would give an interview to Dylan Avery for the film Loose Change : An American Coup.  He would then alter his story for the BBC and asked Avery to pull his interview.  When he BBC show aired 9/11 - The Third Tower
Avery felt obligated to release Jennings interview "in its entirety, into the public where it belongs for three reasons:1) To see the difference between the interview he gave us, and the interview he gave the BBC.2) To establish Barry's timeline in his own words.3) To preserve his testimony, in his own words, for the historical record."  Avery released the uncut interview on July 9, 2008, just 1 month and 10 days before Barry's untimely death at the age of 53.

An inexperienced pilot supposedly flew United 175 at 586mph while banking in from the south west directly impacting WTC 2(The South Tower) within about a 25ft margin for error on each side of the wingtips.  The wingspan of a Boeing 767 is 156ft.  The width of WTC 2 is 208 ft.












Remember we were told to go about our lives so as not to let the terrorists win.  Why is it then we our sacrificing more of our liberties?   Or are we letting the terrorists win?  I will not respond to or make any further comments.  Too many questions have not been answered.  The government would have you believe anything that is not in their official story is a conspiracy theory.  The official story is, by definition, a Conspiracy Theory!
